A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining 50% is due before final files are delivered.

How do I book a project?

Complete the contact form. After I review your request, I’ll email you with availability, next steps, and a custom proposal.

When is payment due?

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your project. The remaining balance is due after final approval and before final files or website access are delivered.

All communication takes place by email. This keeps feedback, decisions, approvals, and project details easy to reference.

What happens if I need more revisions?

One revision round is included. Additional revisions or new directions are billed at $75 per hour and approved before work continues.

Do you offer refunds?

Deposits are non-refundable because project time is reserved specifically for you. Work already completed is also non-refundable.

Will I own the final design?

Once the project is paid in full, you receive the agreed final files and usage rights outlined in your proposal. Unused concepts remain the property of the designer.
